dc.description.abstract The motivation behind GSM based car automation is extreme temperature conditions and unsecure environment. This system provides two functionalities i.e. automation and security. The automation part of the system deals with a person starting a car and turning on the air conditioner or heater remotely so that when he enters the car the temperature of the car is pleasant. The security part protected against carjacking by using a password based technique. If the password entered is incorrect then microcontroller breaks the circuit supply of engine at number of points to ensure safety. en_US
