dc.description.abstract financial institutions in Pakistan. It was launched in 1991 and after then several civil sector lenders have been privatized by the state of Pakistan in the financial field of Pakistan. Quantitative research is the strategy implemented to perform current research. We implemented the procedure of review of the ratios for seeking the impact of privatization on the success of the financial sector in Pakistan. We also study that what is the impact of privatization on the economy, banking sector, employees and also its impact on efficiency of banks. From the study the finding came to the conclusion that since privatization Allied bank limited is in a progressive position like other banks or we can conclude that private ownership has a better impact on Allied Bank Limited but even before the privatization financial sector faces issues such as the intervention of politicians in financial services decisions, over staffing etc. The administration will seek to reduce work dissatisfaction among the workers. Transport facilities must exist for the Workers. The bank will charge heavy service charges compared to compare to its competitor’s banks, therefore these fees must be reduced. Researches should be performed at all levels of client satisfaction. Rapid reply to customers' needs is needed to maintain a sustainable client relationship. en_US
