| dc.description.abstract | This project is focused on revamping management system which is aimed at serving few main purposes. The first purpose is to redesign the existing performance management system so that employees’ performance can be maximized. The second objective is to develop appraisals forms and implement practices that can help in boosting employees’ confidence, solicit timely feedback from employers and employees, and minimizing the employee turnover. The third objective is focused on ensuring hiring of right person for right job. Many multinational companies has their own HR departments to ensure these practices are in place. Our aim to provide such services to start-ups and medium size companies. The project's aim is to assess the strengths and weaknesses in the existing PMS and propose approaches related to expertise and best practices in the industry. Annual assessment is an obsolete concept now that it focuses solely on financial rewards that people are accountable for past performance. The first priority in redesigning performance management system is to have clear understanding of goals and objectives firm aimed at achieving. Therefore if the company has clarification on goals and objectives, only than steps can be taken towards the implementation of an efficient performance management system. While presenting an efficacious performance management system for Turnotech, we will carry out a comprehensive job assessment by undertaking non-structured interviews with Turnotech managers and employees. The primary objective of this project is to provide Turnotech with a structured and standardized performance management process. Our aim is to propose to the client some viable solutions related to performance management that they can incorporate and make their performance management more streamlined, meaningful and sustainable in the longer run. | en_US |
