dc.description.abstract With the drastic changes in the global world, change in the organization is adopted frequently. Due to global transitional effects, employees have more options and choices to select their jobs. They can switch to different organizations if they are not satisfied in the organization they are working with. Basic problem area in the research is that how job stress affects employees in an organization. The main objective of the research is to determine factors that influence employees when have job stress when any change is brought about in the organization. The primary data collection techniques were applied to get the information. The main sources for data collection were questionnaires and internet search. Non probability sampling is selected because a specific group of people is chosen from Telecom Industries study. It is observed from the results that Mobilink is more likely adopting modern management techniques to resolve the problem of job stress than U-Fone. The reason may be sound en_US
