dc.description.abstract Speech is the principal critical essential need, and the most advantageous methods for correspondence between people. Recent advances have made it possible for students to use STT software at school and at home as a tool to enhance their writing. Writing is a demanding task due to the various cognitive processes involved such as planning, translating and reviewing. Keeping in mind the above mentioned facts, the idea is to design a software that can not only convert spoken words/sentences to text but also checks and corrects the mistakes, furthermore it will also allow the formatting of the converted text document. System will record speech word by word by applying NLP (Natural Language Processing) techniques correction can be done (by pressing a button) to the written text. To make the document ideal, different formatting options will be described. Using the software a person can just to say words system will write whatever is spoken by speaker and then made corrections and required formatting when user will press a button en_US
