dc.description.abstract The present research is based on identification of the construction project success because team competence and team communication along with the mediating role of team cohesion. This study aims to highlight the impact of team competence and team communication on construction projects, with the mediating role of team cohesion. The specific context of the study is the construction industry in Pakistan. Primary data was collected from 350 participants across Islamabad and Rawalpindi, using structured questionnaire. The instrument was adopted from previous studies. The relationships were analyzed using SPSS- 21.The findings of the study show that team competence as well as team communication outstandingly impacts the success of construction projects and team cohesion and emotional intelligence performs as a mediator in this relationship. The investigationextensivelyontributestotheareaofresearchespeciallyinthedomainofprojectmanagement.Thestudy also presents significant implications for practitioners and academicians. en_US
