dc.description.abstract Industries are the only ray of hope for the development of a countries economy. Though it provides self-reliance and growth in the every form of a human habitat. Steve Jobs, founder Apple Co said is a forum that The creative industries tend to dismiss technology asjust something to buy and not understand how hard it is and how creative it can be as well Industries that uses current technologies like Information System, Management Systems, Recording System and Online schedulers bring efficiency, cost effectiveness, less labour intensive and traceability in their work. Currently all the major production industries are now shifting towards management system and workflow systems. Upon results of Pakistan Economic Survey 2014-15, automobiles sector increase in the market with an average of 4.GDP improving sector 4.24% annually. The import of new and imported vehicles per year is about 40,000 vehicles with an average. In recent year at Pakistan, the use of vehicles has increased, thus supplies at mass scale are required in terms of spare parts and rotables, needed to maintain the vehicles up to satisfactory level to move on roads. Pakistan is currently depended on China, Malaysia and Japan for spare parts. The main reason once asked from a spare part local supplier is There is no such local development ofspares on mass scale in Pakistan that can meet the need of automobile industries, M.Yaseen, Member Pakistan Spare Parts Association PAAPAM & CEO at General Engineering Ltd ]. Use of information technology tools such as customer relationship management - CRM, supply chain management - SCM and inventory management systems - IMS that adds more automation in the system with absolute paperless monitoring and management of an industry using Cloud system may lessen the cost of infrastructure and manageability, a promising solution for next generation industries. Through this project, it is intended that more use of automation tools with IT can be implement to get a more productive and efficient supplies in challenging market of automobiles spares at Pakistan. en_US
