dc.description.abstract The mam purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of abusive supervision on turnover intentions among employees working in organizations of Mirpur Azad Kashmir. The study also examines the mediating role of affective commitment. For this purpose, Convenience sampling technique was used to collect data from 158 employees working in the organizations. In this study Abusive supervision used as an independent variable. Turnover intention used as a dependent variable. Affective commitment used as a mediator. And to investigate the hypotheses SPSS and AMOS is used. Results indicate that abusive supervision is positively associated with turnover intentions. In addition, abusive supervision has been found to negatively affect affective commitment of an employee. The results of mediation analysis indicated that affective commitment partially mediates the relationship between abusive supervision and turnover intentions. en_US
