dc.description.abstract Solar panels work up to the mark when maximum sunlight falls on the panel so that photons from sunlight knock electrons into a higher state of energy. To achieve this, solar panel is continuously tracking the direction of sun. The Project included the design and construction of PID controller based solar tracking system. It covers the designing and construction of solar tracking mechanical structure together with the associated electronic circuit. Servo motors are used in the design and construction of solar tracking structure. The obtained result shows that the solar panel is utilized to its maximum conversion plus maximum solar energy is converted to electrical energy. Hence the desired objective of the project is achieved. en_US
