dc.description.abstract Purpose The purposed ofthis thesis is to find the relation between e-HRM and roles, goals and outcomes of HRM amongst the small-scale organizations in Karachi, which involves e-HRM practices through any ERP system. Research Methodology This thesis followed with descriptive research approach to determine the relationship among e HRM roles, goals and outcomes of HRM in connection with operational, relational, transformational aspects of goals and outcomes, the study outlines the main roles of HRM as employee champion, administrative expert, change agent, and strategic partner. This thesis is primary/ self-administered and quantitative in nature. The targeted population of current thesis is IT located in Karachi using e-HRM system. In this thesis, cross sectional sampling approach has adopted. This thesis followed with survey technique. In this thesis, questionnaire has used as data collection instrument. This research has adopted Single linear regression technique to recognize the relation among e-HRM and roles, goals, outcomes of HRM. Findings ofthe research The findings of the latest thesis revealed that there are observations that e-HRM goals and e HRM roles has a positive impact on e-HRM outcomes when implemented through proper training of employees. Limitations is is the limitation of time and lack of mobility in Karachi . Mentioned limitations caused the sample size to be intently available, university level that’s why it covers a small sample size. The limitations for the following thesis for the purpose of survey This research is on a Recommendations processes strategically the management should implement the achieve the e-HRM outcomes and help out the HR is much needed.
