| dc.description.abstract | Purpose - The primary goal of this research management practices on Various literature reviews conducted in this study stressed that the use of SCM methods in any supply chain conductor improves its efficiency, effectiveness was to identify the impact of supply chain organizational performance among textile companies in Karachi. and reduces cost. In this was narrowed down to the four famous research focus was on Textile sector and further it textiles based in Karachi. Methodology & Design - This research through close ended questionnaires distributed i was of quantitative in nature and data was collected in selected Textiles. The sample size was set to 310 and data was collected from entire sample for analysis. Descriptive test and multiple regression tests were run by using SPSS tools for study. analysis, reliability Findings - Through this research we can say that it’s clear that by focusing on SCM practice Textiles companies can achieve supply chain excellence at every step especially in strategy formulation. The results are shown in tables. The connection between supply chain leadership procedures and organisational efficiency is evident. Explained by the seven autonomous factors of strategic collaboration between suppliers, client connection, amount of data sharing, data performance, lean procedures and postponement. Limitations - This study is focused on the method of non-probability comfort testing and information was gathered through cross-sectional surveys to minimize the effect of diversity. The study may suffer from lack of generalization as it is conducted in one city of Pakistan (Karachi). Recommendations - The investigator proposes further studies on non-Karachi-based and non-textile companies. Future study has also been suggested by the investigator to extend the field of SCM methods by considering extra aspects and also try to use various participants to improve study results. | en_US |
