Abstract:
Purpose
This case study aims at discovering out the impact of human resource management practices
on employee job satisfaction at Agha Steel Industries, Karachi. Human resource management
practices are the policies and methods which let the employees to attain a best stage
concerning theirjobs. The practices are considered as important tool to strengthen and inspire
employees. Effort used to be made to locate out the effectiveness of human
management practices via looking at its range of elements and activities.

Methodology
The research is explanatory in nature. Quantitative data collected through questionnaire.
Sample of 234 employees is taken from the different departments of Agha Steel Industries
for this research. Regression and correlation tests were implemented to examine this data.
Findings
According to this research there is significant relationship of all human resource practices on
the job satisfaction of employees at Agha Steel Industries, Karachi.
Practical Implications
This research will help Agha Steel Industries to improve their Human resource practices to
maximize the job satisfaction of their employees. It also help firm to woik on their HRM
practices more effectively so that they can lead towards better job satisfaction of their
employees.
