Abstract:
Purpose
This study is conducted to explain with the help of empirical analysis that how the two
most ciitical factors trust and technology ofsupply chain collaboration have impact
supply chain collaboration.

Methodology & Design
This study uses multiple linear regression in order to analyze the sample data gathered
from FMCG companies operating in Karachi Pakistan.
Findings
Results shows that technology and trust both have positive impact on supply chain
collaboration.
Limitations
Time was the most prominent limitation for this project a span of six month was given
for whole project, similar this research includes only two enablers of collaboration and
does not consider the effect offirm size on the extent of collaboration.
Recommendations
Companies rated technology has high priority factor for the success of collaborating
efforts and bit low rated the behavioral aspect which was trust according to the analyzed
data of sample of FMCs. So recommendation is given to them that no collaborating
efforts are successful only on the basis of technological infrastructure these companies
need to invest their time in building trust with the key supply chain partner in order to
achieve the maximum output from collaboration
