dc.description.abstract Purpose: This study has performed with an objective to determine the influence supervisory support, intention to leave, employee advocacy and organizational commitment on job embeddedness of employees working in banking industry in Pakistan. on Methodology & Design: This study has adopted with primary research technique. Furthermore, the study is explanatory in nature to determine impact of selected independent variables i.e. supervisory support, intention to leave, organizational commitment and employee advocacy on job embeddedness. The targeted population of current research study is employees working in banking industry in Pakistan specifically in Karachi city. This study has adopted with convenience sampling technique as time was limited in nature. This research study has adopted with use of questionnaire as data collection instrument and survey technique as data collection approach. In addition, regression technique has adopted as statistical technique. Findings: The results of study revealed that there is significant role of employee advocacy and intention to leave in determination of employee job embeddedness. Limitations: Time, knowledge, data collection and human resource factor have found major constraint during this study. Recommendations: Improvement of supervisory role, increased or proceed supervisor with intellectual skills development, development of organizational culture and practices to determine its level of contribution have found essential requirement for the organization en_US
