Abstract:
Purpose
The current study is done for analyzing the effect of supply chain leadership styles and supply
chain followership on supply chain efficiency.
Methodology & Design
The present study has used correlational design.
Findings
The findings of this study have shown that there is great tendency of followers to substantially
affect supply chain consequences as well as supply chain followership might be the preliminary
factor in a transformational environment.
Limitations
Time was major limitation for this project.
Recommendations
Firstly, it is suggested to increase the sample size in order to justify the generalizability of the
outcomes. Secondly, qualitative approach should provide in depth knowledge about the
leadership and followership in the context of supply chain management. Thirdly, this study
of Pakistan; however future researchers might replicate this study, in focuses on the context
order to analyze the phenomenon of leadership and followership, in the context of other nations.
