dc.description.abstract Over the past decade, the businesses all over the world have become knowledgeable about the significant role played by initiatives taken for the purpose of greening the environment. This research seeks to examine how green human resource (GHRM) effects the environmental more aware and management performance (EPF) through employee work-life and private life, on the basis of the broad literature review on green HRM and EPF given in this study, a theoretical model was proposed for examination of direct and indirect effects of green HRM (GHRM) on EPF and then they were tested on the basis of survey data collected from 300 employees working in different industrial sectors in Karachi then the data was tested using jamovi. The results obtained showed noteworthy mediation effect of work-life and private life in the relationship of GHRM and EPF. Lastly, the paper talk over the associations of findings for the practitioners and direction for future research. en_US
