Limitations: Some of the limitations for conducting this research includes; subjective analysis of the data
collect on its own judgment and unable to extract accurate insights about company as employees were
reluctant to be free while conducting survey and one to one interviews.
Recommendations: Corporations like McDonald need to be proactive in deciding when to be efficient and
vhen responsive to gain competitive advantage. Although they have gain competitiveness in the food industry
hrough supply chain drivers some of the recommendation for their future perspective with respect to supply
diain drivers is to increase number of warehouses, control over pricing and focus on continuous innovation
