| dc.description.abstract | Purpose The determination of this paper is to identify the effect of organizational climate counteipioductive woik behavior as it is the rising issue facing by the organizations to reduce people negative behavior and to use them for the productivity of an organization. This study has been conducted in the educational institutes located in Karachi. on Methodology & Design This research has deductive approach while the study is quantitative and explanatory in nature. Method of convenience sampling technique has been used to conduct data. Sample collected form private schools in Karachi. Questionnaire was distributed among 425 employees in educational institutes it includes faculty as well as coordinators in which only 400 response are usable. Questionnaire was adapted from (Giles, 2010) and (Bennett and Robinson, 2000) research paper with five points Likert sale form strongly disagree to strongly agree. To analyze facts and figures and find the inteipretation SPSS software was used to check reliability of collected sample and regression in order to explain hypothesis. was Findings This study find that the construct ofSupervisory support and commitment and risk and conflict effected the counterproductive behavior of employees. Since the Cronbach’s Alpha value of over all items and variable is >0.09 that is in excellent state to analyze the data with. Overall to check the impact of organizational climate on five independent variable use counterproductive behavior of employees. Limitations conducted in the schools of Karachi so it is only beneficial for the domain of educational sector working environment is This study was private schools because school management oi different from the other industries.Recommendations This study recommended that, providing employees satisfactory and positive organizational climate will result in lower anti productive activities. If employees are supported by the supeivisois it will inciease organizational commitment and help to reduce chances of counterproductive behavior. Employees must be provided by the job security to maintain their empathy with the organization. Implementation of proper policies and procedures in the organization will help employees to keep devoted and loyal towards their tasks. | en_US |
