dc.description.abstract Purpose The main purpose ofthis study is to identify the impact oftransformational leadership supply chain performance. The research is conducted to identify the influence for transformational leadership on reverse supply chain performance. on reverse Methodology This research is explanatory and is based in quantitative in nature. Deductive approach was adopted and where by hypothesis were developed after studying relevant nature and then questionnaire was adopted to obtain responses from managers and supervisors. Findings The result ofthis research shows that there is highly positive impact on transformational leadership on reverse supply chain performance. We have a 1 independent variable, 2 mediator variables and 1 dependent variables. And p value for all variables is 0.000 which is less the 0.05 and significant. en_US
