| dc.description.abstract | It is a common observation that smokes, fog or the negligence of drivers results in road accidents. I have a designed a system that is efficient enough to sense any obstacle, the motion of the car which is coming in front of it. So therefore ultrasonic sensors are used to serve this purpose as they work efficiently in fog, smoke and light and its signal is 40khz which means that it is not audible to human ear. I have interfaced two vehicles A and B with a microcontroller along with ultrasonic sensors. The time in which we get a signal from car B that is coming in the opposite direction of car A, the microcontroller will buzz the alarm in car A if car B is in the range of 5 feet. As I m giving a demo in room therefore I have selected this range but in real life this distance can further be elongated to 25 feet. If car A will not stopped by driver’s misconduct, it will automatically switched off within few seconds i.e 1 to 2 seconds. | en_US |
