dc.description.abstract Purpose - The purpose of this proposed study is to investigate adoption and implementation of supply chain management practices (SCMPs) i.e. (SRM, CRM, IS & GC) on Supply Chain Integration (SCI) and overall performance ofsupply chain (SCP) in ; i Pakistani manufacturing and service industries context. ■ i Methodology & Design - An empirical research has conducted on a sample size of 402 respondents collecting from supply chain managers using convenience sampling technique in Karachi based manufacturing and service industry. The model was tested using SPSS for evaluating demographics data. However, PLS-SEM is used for analyzing variables through direct and indirect effects using PLS algorithm and bootstrapping approach. Findings - It has been evident through this research findings that all SCMPs have direct significant impact on SCI and SCP except for IS does not have any impact on SCP. Likewise SRM have no impact on SCI .The research findings also suggest that SCI has mediated the relationship between SCP and two of SCMPs namely customer relationship management and Goal Congruence, while there is no mediating relation between other SCMPs i.e. Supplier relationship management and information sharing. Information sharing is found to be insignificant through both direct and indirect path ofmediation. Limitations - Due to time and resource constraints, the research study has only focused to supply chain officials of Karachi based few manufacturing and service industries so the result might applicable in Karachi only. The study has used cross sectional data approach which does not allow empirical causality.Recommendations - Supply chain Managers of Pakistani industries should understand the ; ; ' concept ofproposed conceptual framework and make efforts to adopt a desired set ofthese practices that best influence their SCP. Supply chain managers should make investment in SCM especially in both SCMPs and SCI to result most benefits for SCP in terms of agility, delivery capabilities, high material planning etc. en_US
