dc.description.abstract Purpose Job design is one ofthe most popular research practices in Human Resource (HRM) and knowledge sharing has become an important and management much sought after this kind of management research practices. The Puipose ofthis study is to determine the effect or i ofautonomy, job identity, feedback and motivation knowledge with the employer. In order to verify the collected data or impact on the sharing and openness ofemployee we have performed test. Methodology & Design The research is explanatory that has and effect relationship between variables on the basis ofquantitative nature. In order to develop the hypothesis, previous research or relevant literature has been extensively studied. The questionnaire was cause created and used to identify the level of affiliation between the independent and dependent variables. The sample size is 400 people. en_US
