dc.description.abstract Purpose: The main purpose of this research study is to examine the effects of employees training, employee empowerment, and teamwork on job satisfaction in education sector of Karachi. This research provide a detailed understanding, relationship and a connection between them. In this study all the educational department employees are were under examined. Methodology & Design: In this research the quantitative research methods were used and data were gathered through questionnaire by analyzing the data collected from the responses of different level employees of education sector of Karachi. The questionnaire was filled by approx 300 respondents. The respondents were belonged to different age groups, education, work experience, designation, and social background. Findings: Our findings shows that, the effect of employee training, employee empowerment and teamwork on employee’s job satisfaction is significant and positive. Implications: This study is considered quite useful for the management of education sector of Karachi. And the management can increase the job satisfaction of employees from the findings of this study. Future researchers and academia may also take lead from the results of this study and undertake similar research on organization of other industries as well. limited number of respondents as the target audience consists of Limitations: It has a employees of Karachi for gathering the data. Only the three aspects of job satisfaction this study. And it is not an easy task to discover the level of job satisfaction are considered in because employees disinclined to provide enough knowledge because of numerous like hesitation, lack of confidence, different judgments etc. reasons Recommendations: This research is helpful for the management of education sector of Karachi. And the education sector of Karachi can increase job satisfaction of employees through this research paper. And they should focus on these areas and provide proper attention in these areas for employee’s job satisfaction for the long run. en_US
