dc.description.abstract PLC is one of the many widely used powerful and efficient tools in the automation industry. This machine is readily programmable and reliable for use, and can withstand harsh industrial conditions. The input from the keypad would be carried forward to the PLC, which as a result, would direct the flexible di-tablet inserter to punch the required shape of the pill cover on the PVC. Further, the PLC would regulate the motor's speed, which in turn results in controlled speed variations of the conveyor belt. Simultaneously, the PLC would adjust the variable battery in order to achieve a precise temperature range through the heater, for punching cardboard with the PVC. Finally when the pills are packed, the cutter cuts according to the input given, and this can be monitored on the LCD display. en_US
