Abstract:
Purpose
The purpose ofthis research is to examine the effects of employee empowerment, teamwork
and employee training on organizational effectiveness in Business Universities Of Karachi
Methodology & Design
The nature is study is descriptive hence it was quantitative data which was gathered through
survey questionnaire. As data was collected from a population of 365 respondents which
includes faculty, Administration and senior Faculty who have experienced in working in
Business Universities ofKarachi. For analysis the data regression and correlation test were
conducted through SPSS. In this Research purposive sampling is a type of non- probability
and Explanatory research design was used in this research. In previous study the
measurement Scale was conducted as organizational Commitment was measured by using a
scale of 5 items and it was adapted by (Mowday, Steers, & Porter, 1979). furthermore, the
measurement of employees empowerment that was using a items nine it was taken by Men(
2010). Another items that was seven was constructed for the Measurement ofteamwork
adapted from the research of(Shanahan, Best, Finch, & Sutton, n.d.) and Lastly Six Item
constructed for the measurement of Employee Training and it was adapted from
(Schmidt, 2004)

Findings
The Findings of this research shows that employee Empowerment, Employee Training and
teamwork has an significant effects on Organizational Commitment in Business Universities
of Karachi and all these are independent variables of this research and it shows a significant
effect with a value lesser than 0.05 has an impact on dependent variables which is
Organizational Commitment. As all these hypothesis is statistically proved with the help of
Spss. The model is Significant as all variables are reliable and findings that are Consisted
with the proposed hypothesis.Practical Implications
As this study explains the impact of employee empowerment, teamwork and training in
Business universities of Karachi. As findings ofthis research helps the management of an
business Universities for implement policies which are effective for faculty and
administration and also eliminate those policies which are not effective for them so it helps to
increases their job satisfaction level and they are more committed to their Business
University.
