THE IMPACT OF BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT CAPABILITIES ON FIRM PERFORMANCE IN THETEXTILE SECTOR OF KARACHI

Abstract

Purposeorganization performance results that we impact ofthe independent variables on the performance ofthe organization. Our focus was on the textile sector ofthe Karachi and we selected different companies according to our easiness of getting data. Our research which we have done in this thesis is quantitative by Methodology & Designd we have collected data through questionnaire by distributing in the differentselected nature an Textiles of Karachi. Our population for the study is 360 and we have decided to collect data from the 200 people depend upon the easiness. We used whole sample size for the analysis of the data. Differentstatistical measures were adopted and reliability test and regression test were check the authenticity ofthe data. For these tests we used the SPSS software. run on the data to Findings- We have in this study a positive impact ofthe IT, BPMC, and SCMC on the Firm Performance in the Textile sector of the Karachi. Its mean whenever the improvement will come in the independent variables the dependent variable will be improve by some amount. This research is done on the Textile sector ofthe Karachi Limitations & Recommendations — and data is collected from the city of Karachi and we didn’t collect any data from the outside ofthis city and results are based upon the data that’s why results can only be implement in the very hard as Directors, textile sector of Karachi.
