Recommender Systems (RS) are software tool, technique or advanced form of software applications which helps user in decision making process and shows them the product of their interest from huge amount of data. The suggestions generated by user try to narrow down the list of items the user may overlook due of inexperience or huge amount of data.
RS are primarily directed towards individuals who lack sufficient personal experience or competence to evaluate the potentially overwhelming number of alternative items that a mobile app may offer. RS takes in information about the user and predicts the rating the user would give the product and shows the product accordingly. That means you can show the user only the things they would like the best and not waste their time with products that are not useful for them. RS try to
predict what the most suitable products or services are, based on the user's preferences and constraints. This project also contains the Contextual based features which means it shows suggestion according to the situation in which the user is interacting with the
application (for example: current location, current time). Hence the project aims to
show the interest-based suggestions to user involving contextual feature to enhance the user experience and to gain the loyalty of user.
In order to complete such a computational task, RS collect from users their preferences, which are either explicitly or implicitly expressed e.g., as ratings for products, or are inferred by interpreting user actions or directly take review from user to determine preference. Hereby in this project, we are using FDD techniques of Agile Development Methodology. Feature-driven design (FDD) is an iterative and incremental software development process that follows the principles of the agile manifesto. The idea is to develop the high-level features, scope and domain object model and then use that to plan, design, develop and test the specific requirements and tasks based on the overarching feature that they belong to.

The proposed project would be under taking medium size social network dataset and will employee different social networking techniques on the basis of literature review with the specific focus on density, clique, flow and centrality. This project will contribute in a way that provides an implementation of SNA techniques using online social network of four specific network parameters by implying social network techniques. Performing in a way that simulation will be able to upload data, performing analysis, generating graph reports, and view reports. These are the major and functional requirements to generate proposed project and analysis work. information control in term of exposer. Working on why because this study would be contributing in the field of systematic literature review of social networking and analysis techniques. and will find present processing time, techniques analysis of any network. Project is held to compare different tool relating to techniques as well. Study concludes with the analysis of the result and recommends future gaps to be studied as wall
2020-01-01T00:00:00ZRole of Project Management Maturity on Organizational Performance with mediating role of Organizational Culture in PakistanMuhammad, Asifhttp://hdl.handle.net/123456789/79992018-12-10T09:43:03Z2018-01-01T00:00:00ZRole of Project Management Maturity on Organizational Performance with mediating role of Organizational Culture in Pakistan
Muhammad, Asif
The aim of thisresearch is to analyze the impact of project management maturity (PMM)on organizational performance with mediating variable of organization culture in construction industry of Pakistan. Correlation shows the significant and positive relationship among variables. Regression analysis used to analyze the outcome of project management maturity on organizational performance. The result showed that project management maturity has direct and positive effect on organization culture and organizational performance. Mediating effect of organization culture was measured through Hierarchical regression. The results demonstrated that variable organization culture partially mediate project management maturity and organizational performance. Thus, overall result of this study showed that project management maturity has a direct effect on organizational performance and has indirect effect through mediating variable. These study proposals different managerial inferences. First, by developing levels of project management maturity and by exhibiting its value in refining organizational performance of construction sector of Pakistan, further more this study provides a valuable procedure and approaches for assessing the effectiveness of their current project management performance.Second, the findings of this study tend to support the view that the implementation of project management maturity has a significant impact on the organizational competence of construction industry of Pakistan. In this research researcher also evaluate the levels of PMM and these levels play a vital role in evaluation of firm performance such as which level is implemented in nine area of project management maturity i.e., project integration management, project scope management, project time management, project cost management, project quality management, project human resource management, project communication management, project risk management and project procurement management.

Hassan, Agha
The main purpose of carrying out research on this topic is to identify the factors of an effective project management methodology that cause impact on project success in software houses of Pakistan where Big Data is involved. This research was dependent on the analysis of two independent variables (IV) which also can be counted as important features in success of big data projects i.e. agile methodologies & scrum practices and tailored scrum.
This research demonstrates the capacity in which above mentioned variables are significant for project success.
This research adopted quantitative research method. A total of 74 questionnaires were distributed, consideringourboundariestoresourcesofprojectteamsincompaniessuchassoftwarehouseswith a title of technical leads, project manager, senior manager, director and senior management. The response rate was 85% which is 63 innumber.
Data analysis was carried out considering all mentioned independent variables and their influence distresses the delivery of successful project in software houses of Pakistan. The conclusions, significant findings and limitations are also discussed in this study.
